When are the enrollment times?
The supervised hours are location-specific. Please verify the respective location (supervised hours) on our website www.k-fit.ch.
Can I buy a subscription online?
You do not necessarily have to buy a subscription during the registration times (business hours), but you are also welcome to do so online at the following link: https://k-fit-ch.perfectgym.com/ClientPortal2/#/Registration
How long does it take for the badge to be delivered?
The badge will arrive by A Mail 2-3 working days after the subscription has been purchased.
Is the K-Fit subscription covered by health insurance?
K-Fit has been officially recognized by health insurance companies since December 2023. The member can submit the confirmation of registration to the health insurance company to have part of the costs reimbursed. Otherwise, you can request a health insurance confirmation by email at [email protected].
What is the minimum age for training?
Young people under the age of 18 can train at K-Fit. When registering, the contact details of a legal representative must be provided. Young people before the age of 16 can purchase a Flexi subscription for CHF 59 per month or an annual subscription for CHF 498 with a one-off payment and must also complete a compulsory introductory training session (CHF 49 per hour) with one of our coaches. In this case, only K-Fit can carry out the registration, as our system does not allow under-16s to register. To do this, we need the first name, surname, address, date of birth, email address and cell phone number of the member as well as ID copies of the member and parents including signature and declaration of consent by email to [email protected]. We can then process the registration as requested. Young people under the age of 14 may only train when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Do I have to register for a trial training session?
No, you are welcome to come by during our registration times (business hours) and complete a free trial training session without prior registration (please just let the K-Fit supervisor know).
Can I do a trial training session with a colleague who is a K-Fit member?
This is possible. We ask the member or non-member to write us an e-mail or fill in the contact form and let us know so that we are aware of this. The non-member can then complete a free trial training session with the member.
How can I register in the customer portal?
Every member automatically creates access to the customer portal (Internet browser) when they sign a contract. If you have not received a password, enter your e-mail when logging into the customer portal and have a new one sent to you under "Forgot password".
Minimum term and notice periods for the various subscriptions (tacit renewal?)
The minimum term of 12 months for annual subscriptions must be observed; early termination is not possible. The contract is tacitly renewed at the end of the contractually agreed term. From this point on, the contract continues indefinitely and under the same conditions. From this point on, the member has the right to terminate the contract at the end of each month, which can be exercised by giving 14 days' notice. The subscription can be terminated in writing by A Mail (not by e-mail). Cancellation is not possible if there are outstanding payments. There is no minimum term for Flexi subscriptions, which means that you can cancel in writing by email to [email protected] at least 14 days before the end of the next monthly period, provided that all membership fees have been paid.
Cancellation by e-mail or by post?
The subscription can only be canceled in writing by post (A Mail is sufficient) (recipient: Kolumbus Freizeit & Sport AG, Aemmenmattstrasse 43, 3123 Belp). For Flexi subscriptions, written notice of termination by e-mail to [email protected] is sufficient. Cancellation is not possible if there are outstanding payments.
When must the notice of termination be submitted at the latest?
The member has the right to terminate the contract at the end of each month, subject to a 14-day notice period.
Can I cancel the additional subscriptions (upgrades) at any time?
The member has the right to cancel at the end of any month after the contractually agreed minimum period (upgrade of at least 3 months), which can be exercised by giving 14 days' notice.
Procedure when moving, only transfer or possibly also early termination possible?
If you move to another city/canton, you have a special right of termination, which can be exercised with a notice period of four weeks to the end of the month upon presentation of a cancellation or registration confirmation from the respective city/municipality. In this case, the cancellation must be made in writing (not by e-mail) and the confirmation of cancellation or registration must be enclosed with the cancellation. However, this only applies if no name company is available within a radius of 30 kilometres of the new place of residence as the crow flies. In the event of premature cancellation of the contract, the member has the right to propose a reasonable and solvent replacement/new member to K-Fit, provided that the new customer takes over the contract on the same terms and there is no payment debt on the part of the previous member. A processing fee of CHF 30 will be charged for a transfer in the matter in question
Can I cancel my membership earlier if I do not use it?
Failure to use the contractual activities in any other way does not entitle the member to reclaim or reduce the membership fee and has no effect on the duration of the contract. A temporary restriction or impossibility of use due to force majeure or official orders also does not entitle the member to an extension of the contract term, reclaim or reduction of the membership fee (or other compensation) or to cancellation of the contract. A restriction or impossibility of use may also result from the fact that the member must present a health, test, vaccination or other certificate in order to use the facilities due to official orders or orders from K-Fit. In such cases, K-Fit may, as a gesture of goodwill, credit the member for the loss of use at its own discretion. The member must also accept any waiting times due to the limited number of spaces.
Is loyalty rewarded?
K-Fit rewards loyalty. Members who train at K-Fit for at least 24 months in a row receive drinks upgrade worth CHF 10 per month as a gift. The member can then have a 0.5 litre drink every 30 minutes.
Can the subscription be cancelled?
From a contract term of 12 months, every customer has the right to suspend the contract for 30 days free of charge (so-called FREEZE). During the suspension, the membership fee must continue to be paid and the FREEZE or frozen month is added at the end of the contract period, so that the membership is extended by 1 month free of charge. You can add the FREEZE yourself in the customer portal by going to "Profile" and then "Contract details" and clicking on the membership and "Time-Stop" at the bottom right. Alternatively, you can request the cancellation by sending an email to [email protected]. This FREEZE can be extended at any time for a processing fee of CHF 12.00 per month. Up to 90 days freeze is possible with the Premium upgrade.
Can the freeze be accumulated over the years?
No, this is not possible.
What happens if I don't use a product in a given month with a Premium upgrade?
The "Use it or Lose it" rule applies to upgrades. What is not used cannot be accumulated. The additional products can only be used from month to month.
What is the procedure for cancelling a subscription and how much does it cost?

Hydromassage included in Basic subscription?
At the moment the hydromassage can be used free of charge. In future, you will have to pay a fee for a hydromassage session or you can upgrade your subscription. This will all be possible in the customer portal.
Where can I find the membership contract? Can I download it somewhere?
You received it by email when you registered. Please also check your spam folder. Otherwise you will find the contract in the customer portal under "Profile" and then "Documents". Can I also train at the other location with a membership?
As soon as you are a member of a K-Fit centre, you can train at the other location free of charge.
Does K-Fit offer different rates?
K-Fit offers different conditions for different contract periods. The staff at the centre can provide you with more detailed information about the rates on offer. Alternatively, you can get an initial insight on our homepage: https://k-fit.ch
How can I change my membership details?
All changes can be made in the customer portal. https://k-fitch.perfectgym.com/ClientPortal2/#/Login. If you are unable to change them in the customer portal itself, please contact our customer service team using the contact form on our homepage or by emailing [email protected].
What services are included in the price?
K-Fit is a self-service gym with transparent prices. There is no extra charge for the showers, service and staff and they are included in the price. Customers can also consult a trainer or service staff at KFit at any time for a technique check or individual questions about training for 49 per hour.
Payment
Can I gain access to the centre without paying in advance?
No, the membership fees including the one-off enrolment fee must be paid in advance, otherwise the badge for access to the gym will not be active. Membership fees can be paid online in the customer portal under "Profile" and then "Payments". If there is a payment arrears, the membership fees can be paid online and the member will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. The badge for access to the gym will then be activated automatically. In the case of bank transfer, please send an email to [email protected] so that access can be activated manually.
What happens if the payment process is cancelled when I cancel my subscription?
If the payment process has been cancelled, your membership has still been completed. You will receive our account details by e-mail. If you cannot find them, check your spam folder or log in to the customer portal (https://k-fit-ch.perfectgym.com/ClientPortal2/#/Login) and follow the instructions. The payment must be triggered before the subscription starts, otherwise the badge will not be active.
How and where can I pay online in the customer portal?
You can find your outstanding instalments under the "Payments" tab in the customer portal. You can select them there and click on the "Pay" button to go to the online payment page. You can also pay monthly instalments in advance.
Have I received a payment reminder but no invoice?
K-Fit does not send out invoices. Members are asked to pay their membership fees online in the customer portal under "Profile" and then "Payments". App
How do I get access to the K-Fit app?
You will automatically receive an activation link by email as soon as your membership starts. You can then use this to activate access to the K-Fit app. The access data is the same as for the customer portal. Please note that if you buy a subscription online, the 3-day lead time applies. This means that you will not receive access to the K-Fit app immediately after registration, but only when your membership starts.
Trainers
How can I book a guided training session at K-Fit?
Log in to the customer portal. Then go to "Shop" and then "Training" and add the desired service to your shopping basket and pay online. You will then have a quota which you can utilise under "Book" and then "Personal training". Please make sure that you select the correct club, then you can book the trainer and the desired date by clicking on "Book now". The member and the trainer will then receive a confirmation for this appointment and it is binding. The appointment can be cancelled or postponed at least 24 hours in advance.
Can several people take part in the introductory training session?
A guided introductory training session costs 49.00/h and can be carried out with up to 2 people at the same time (you only have to pay once). If the 60 minutes are exceeded, it is at the trainer's discretion whether this must be paid for in full.
Others
Are car parking spaces available?
The car park situation depends on the location. In Worben, all car parks can be used. The car parks in Niederwangen are marked. In Thun there are only a few outdoor car parks (blue zone). In Belp there are outdoor car parks and approx. 20 more in the car park will follow. The customer parking spaces provided by K-Fit may only be used by members while they are at the centre. The fitness centre reserves the right to tow away the vehicle for a fee if the parking spaces are occupied beyond this time.
Additional products credited to the badge immediately?
Additional products are credited to the badge immediately after payment.
Can I bring my child to training with me?
No. Accompanying persons, including children and animals, are not permitted.
If I have lost something, how can I find my things again?
There is a lost property box in the centres. Otherwise, please contact customer service.
Where can I apply for a job at K-Fit?
You can send your application documents (application, CV, photo) to [email protected] at any time for an unsolicited application at K-Fit. The email will then be forwarded to the studio management of the respective location and you will be contacted as an interested party.
